台灣大學大氣科學系主任柳中明 至休士頓介紹其環境保護專利發明

至休市參加國際性環境科技會議介紹其環境保護專利發明的柳中明，是台灣大學大氣科學系主任。他所參加的The Fifth International Conference on Environmental Science and Technology (July 12-16, 2010, Hilton Hotel, Houston, Texas)，從12至16日舉行。柳中明向與會者介紹擁有專利的 JW pavement，可參考網站： http://www.google.com/patents/about?id=620UAAAAEBAJ

JW pavement 可增進防洪能力、儲存雨水、降低地表溫度、以及稀釋空氣污染。柳中明認為藉找尋研究合作夥伴，可讓此種專利發揮特色，有改善全球都會區生活品質的絕佳潛力。
